I'm thinking this biodiesel process doesn't look so bad.
On Monday, I'm attending this meetup to see the other perspective (SVO/WVO) Monday, Dec. 10.
But according to this site, I can actually buy Biodiesel right down the street, here! Or I can have it delivered even cheaper to my own home tank (non-flammable). Now to contact our potential DC Biodiesel Coop meeting for the possibility of putting all together!
Is anyone with a diesel interested in joining? Or interested in a Diesel (no conversion necessary). Richard Branson is investing $3 billion dollars in Ethanol... why not make your own environmental switch... although biodiesel is usually comparable in cost to petro-diesel, you get the IRS-approved tax credit, helping to lower your cost.
